This is one I use to look for systems missing our "AV" Lansweepers community has a ton of reports you can easily adapt. Otherwise I would look on the forums for reports for a "software report" that looks for a specific software, then use that report to get what you need. Then the canned "AV" report should report correctly. If you only use Carbon Black you can set the configuration for AV in Lansweeper. ****tblSoftwareUni.softwareName = Not Like %Carbon% ( for Carbon black) Where tblSoftwareUni.softwareName Not Like '%Carbon%' And tblAssetCustom.State = Inner Join tblSoftwareUni On tblSoftwareUni.SoftID = tblSoftware.softID Inner Join tblSoftware On tblAssets.AssetID = tblSoftware.AssetID Inner Join tsysOS On tsysOS.OScode = tblAssets.OScode Inner Join tblAssetCustom On tblAssets.AssetID = tblAssetCustom.AssetID I am trying to figure out what's causing this issue. When i tried to run the saved/default report, it shows one device multiple times therefore reporting a total of 6k++ devices in total for only less than 200 devices. One of the more "simpler" reports that I wanted to try is to check for our devices with out anti-virus. I was tasked by my boss to run on demand reports using Lansweeper. Infosec newbie here and very green when it comes to Lansweeper.
